Roman Brown-Fitness Coach

Roman grew up racing ATV’s in the GNCC Series out of Long Island, New York.  The scarcity of tracks in his area and temperamental weather gave Roman little opportunity to ride, which left him to rely on his fitness to be competitive throughout his career. After winning 2 national titles, he realized that he had a passion for fitness and decided to steer away from racing to pursue it.  While learning about human performance, he continued his athletic career by becoming a competitive cyclist and a triathlete.  He won the Northeast Championship in the Xterra Triathlon Series and qualified for the World Championships in Mauii. With a combination of athletic experience and excellent knowledge on fitness, Roman is the guy to go to make sure getting tired on the track is never an issue!  Outside of the gym you can find Roman on the mountain bike trails or spinning laps on the track.
